Football boot insoles

Designed for football and soccer, our OEM/ODM insoles combine targeted cushioning, arch support and structural stability to meet the demands of quick acceleration, sharp cuts and directional changes, with customizable materials and structures to fit different football boots.

Type: 267E

Material: Hybrid E-TPU Pu Foam, Carbon Fiber

Features:

  • Carbon fiber plate provides structural support while allowing controlled forefoot flexibility during sprinting and directional changes.

  • Hybrid E-TPU and PU cushioning combines responsive rebound with impact absorption during running, jumping and landing

  • Slim, lightweight construction fits the limited internal space of football boots without adding unnecessary bulk

  • Zoned silicone grip patterns help minimize foot slippage and improve in-shoe stability during sharp cuts, pivots and sudden stops.

  • Strategically positioned flex cutouts support natural forefoot bending and smooth transitions during acceleration and push-off.

  • Breathable fabric and integrated airflow channels promote ventilation and help manage moisture during intense football activity.

Engineered For Hiking & Trekking

Load-Adaptive Arch Support

Structured midfoot support helps distribute pressure and maintain stability under backpack loads, reducing fatigue during long hikes and uneven-terrain movement.

All-Terrain Stability Platform

A reinforced support structure helps control foot movement and improve stability on rocky, sloped and uneven terrain.

Long-Distance Cushioning

Resilient foam cushioning helps manage repeated impact and maintain underfoot comfort during long-distance hiking and backpacking.

Downhill Impact Protection

Targeted heel cushioning helps absorb repeated impact during descents and reduces concentrated loading at the rearfoot.

Secure Heel Lock & Deep Heel Cup

A contoured heel cup helps reduce in-shoe movement and keeps the rearfoot stable on descents, side slopes and uneven trails.

Moisture & Friction Management

A breathable, moisture-managing top layer helps reduce heat, sweat buildup and friction during extended wear in hiking boots and trail shoes.

Cleated Sport Insole FAQs

Answers for brands, buyers and players exploring performance insoles for hicking and other outdoor sports.

A hiking insole should provide more than soft cushioning. It needs to support the foot over uneven terrain, help stabilize the heel, distribute pressure and manage repeated impact during long-distance walking, climbs and descents.

For OEM/ODM projects, we can adjust the arch profile, heel geometry, cushioning zones and support structure according to the intended use—from day hiking and trekking to backpacking and more demanding outdoor applications.

We support OEM, ODM and private-label hiking insole projects from existing product platforms to fully customized development.

Depending on the project, we can customize arch profile, cushioning hardness, support stiffness, heel cup, top-cover materials, colors, branding and packaging. Before mass production, materials and finished insoles can be evaluated through tests such as hardness, rebound, compression durability, flex resistance, bonding strength and dimensional stability.

Fit and performance can also be reviewed against the intended hiking footwear before the final specification is confirmed.

Not always. Hiking boots, trekking shoes and trail shoes can have very different internal volumes, forefoot widths and heel geometries. A thicker insole that works well in a roomy backpacking boot may create excessive pressure in a lower-volume trail shoe.

For OEM/ODM projects, we can adjust overall thickness, forefoot width, heel cup depth and support geometry to suit the intended footwear platform.

Descending and carrying a loaded backpack increase repeated loading on the heel and forefoot. Hiking insoles can therefore be designed with targeted heel cushioning, stable arch support and pressure-distribution zones to improve comfort and control under prolonged load.

For backpacking applications, foam density, cushioning thickness and structural stiffness can be adjusted according to expected hiking duration, terrain and pack weight.

An insole can help improve heel security and reduce unnecessary foot movement, but blister prevention depends on the entire footwear system—not the insole alone.

Heel-cup shape, insole width, surface friction, top-cover material, boot fit, socks and moisture management can all affect friction and hot spots. During OEM/ODM development, we therefore evaluate the insole together with the intended hiking boot or trail shoe rather than treating it as an isolated component.

Hiking insoles usually need a balance between cushioning and structural support. Excessively soft foam may feel comfortable initially but can provide limited stability under repeated loading, while an overly rigid structure may reduce comfort or create pressure points. A typical hiking design combines cushioning foam with a more supportive arch or heel structure.
